What's Your Average Ticket Response Time?

We use an emergency room type of approach to support requests and respond based on the severity of the issue. We give priority to outages, issues related to degraded service, and then general support questions. This approach allow us to provide the best support during the appropriate situation.

Our average ticket response time is 1 hour, while it can exceed due to high request in queue.
